I have seen nothing but results from working with Champ! Every time I wanted to give up, she would not let me! Whenever I felt like I was going backwards I could always pick up the phone and she would talk some sense into me! She’s awesome and a great trainer! So excited to be in her program!

Champ is the best! First and foremost, she practices everything she preaches and is extremely knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition. We started training with Champ when my daughter was 12 and now she is getting ready for college ball! She got to know my daughter on a personal level and gave her her own individual workouts and routines that brought out the best in her and helped push her to limits we never dreamed she'd achieve. There is no doubt in my mind my daughter would not be where she is today without Champ's positive influence, expertise, and motivation!

I can say is Champ worked very well with my daughter during her rehab and got the best of her will recommend her any day.
